An Exciting Day

I shall mark it in my memory that today was an exciting day. I woke up as the sun was rising and drove with the top down enjoying the beautiful weather we've had the last few mornings, and met my lovey at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. I, then got to shop all day long with Amy! It was simply wonderful. Spent a little too much :/ but it was well worth it. I now have a new laptop :). Sigh of relief.

Whilst shopping at Joann's, I found they didn't carry the right size DPNS that I needed. Therefore I heeded the idea from a friend and made my own out of a dowel for 99 cents. I'm pretty proud of them :) Now for them to dry...

Away With The Sun

The sun was hitting the milk weed, giving off a warm glow. The world was very much alive as the sun was sinking low. The wind swept past the brush, wrapping itself around my body, and through my hair. Wishing I could lay down in the midst of it, and be completely enveloped in it all, I could hear a voice that rose above it all, "I love you. I created this for you, this is my beauty. Do you like it? Does it enthrall you?" My heart melted all the way through. My Savior woes me, because he delights in me. And I danced in the field with my Savior near, falling deeper in love, watching my worries float away with the sun.

A Day Well Spent

Well you knew it was coming right?? =D This is what I spend the entire day doing, and when I say entire I mean the ENTIRE day, since early this morning. Something is wrong with me, I barely slowed down to even eat or drink lol. But hey, it was fun! Got nice and sweaty and dirty. The pool felt a-mazing this evening! We've all got sunburn already from driving with the top down :)
