Not Alone

I was feeling slightly discouraged today about many things. I wasn't getting as much school done as I had planned on and I just felt stuck. Can I just say that prayer helps so much... and this verse did too..What then shall we say to these things, if God be for us who can be against us? Romans 8:31 I can now breathe freely again :) I don't know why I choose to take this picture today, but I was feeling very loved by my Heavenly Father so maybe that's why.

Yes...it's a burrito

Today was another none stop day o_O I got to spend almost all of it with Luke, so that was very nice =) This evening, after Awana's, my family and Luke all went out to eat at Chipotle's. By some random selection we got our whole meal for free. I still don't understand exactly why, but whatever. It was pretty sweet! So this is a picture of my wonderful, free burrito :D

Backroads

I had a lazy Saturday morning, which was quite enjoyable. I spent the entire time sewing and was able to finish my second dress =). Luke came over later and we left to go see some friends for the rest of the day. We went through the woods to get there and almost got stuck quite a few times, but it was fun :). I liked how the dust was kicked up behind us, so I got this shot out of the back of the truck.

It Must Be Spring

My brain has been on overload today...so much to where I've been talking to myself and telling my brain to shut up.... You know you need to take a breather when that happens =) I've been wanting to shoot this tree for the past few days but every time I think about it the lighting isn't very good. So this afternoon I stepped outside to give my brain a break and the lighting was great. I love pink blooms so much! I do believe spring is here (in my mind anyways)!! <3

A Bottle of Memories

It was a whirlwind of a day...from babysitting, teaching piano, errands,and unpacking. I found time in there to put together this glass bottle of sand as a keepsake from our trip. We bought the glass bottle in St. Augustine, the sand came from the beach, and the shells too. I baked the sand and shells last night to kill anything in it and cleaned out the bottle. And, put it together this afternoon. I think it's so cute!

A Sweet Treat before Goodbye

Today was our last day here in St. Augustine. After checking out of the bed and breakfast and eating lunch we walked around St. George Street one last time and stop in this famous Popsicle shop. I got coconut and Amy got strawberry daiquiri. The coconut was amazing!!! No wonder the place is so famous!

Beach day 2 =)

Another large part of our day was spent at the beach =) We can't help it..it's just so beautiful! The winds have been pretty strong here for the past couple of days so there's all sorts of jellyfish and starfish washing up on the shore. Amy and I were having fun with the camera while we were there so again I couldn't choose just one picture so I'm uploading a few of my favorites. :)
