Earlier

I sat myself down today to do some school and it felt oh so good. Yes, I may be slightly weird. But I do enjoy my Bible college very much. I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment and progress. Then, set it all aside for the Safe Night Out at the city hall this evening. The weather couldn't have been more perfect and the turn out was awesome.
I promised myself tonight that I would go to bed earlier than midnight, which it seems has been the hour I get in bed for the last week or so. And, it looks like I will :).

A Work of Art

In the midst of our chaotic Sunday's, I've recently found a type of rest in them. A time to breath easier even if it means running around. Enjoying the little moments in between. I spent the afternoon working on this piece of art =D. It was crazy hair night at Awana's and instead of simply giving Luke a haircut, he wanted me to leave the middle for the night. With some sticky, hair glue and yellow hair spray, I'd say it looks pretty awesome. =)

P.s. I swear I have hair in the back of my throat! Gross! Why does this always happen to me? Do I just leave my mouth open when I'm concentrating or something?? Must be, because this happens when I'm knitting too and I get little fuzzies in the back of my throat....

Pumpkin Party

Ever since I've gotten back the days seem to be so long. Good, but long. We had ourselves a pumpkin carving party this evening with friends. Lots of fun and lots of pumpkin everywhere. The day has led to many new opportunities. Looking forward to this coming month. Up at the crack of dawn this morning, I'm ready for bed please!

Kickin In

*Sigh* My first day home and everyone decides to wake up really early :). The day started out by me getting to draw a spider tattoo on my best friend for her Halloween costume. Fun stuff! I rather enjoyed unpacking and cleaning up today. My spastic brain has kicked in again and I've started gathering ideas for all sorts of projects I want to take on, including a Mary Kay holiday giveaway and holiday shoots. Forcing myself not to think about it now. And, I got to spend the most wonderful time with my lovey. He's wonderful to talk to and listen to. I'm such a lucky girl. He melts my heart all the time.

Home Sweet Home

Okay so I can't exactly pull my camera out while I'm doing 70 down the highway. My phone was simply the only way to capture what in real life was very neat looking. As I was nearing Florida, I could see the very distinctive line of cloud cover that I woke up to in Savannah. Driving into the sun! Oh so happy to be home again! My bed is calling me :)

Sleep Please

To say I'm overly tired would be an understatement, physically and mentally. It was sad to leave today and I didn't sleep so well last night. Plus, driving all day today has left me randomly laughing uncontrollably, clumsy, irritable, worrying, not being able to spell anything while I'm writing this, terribly crumbling my scone as I'm trying to eat it here at Starbucks, leaving my stuff all over the place, and then randomly laughing uncontrollably at myself again, imagining how ridiculous I look to Rachel and Jon sitting next to me. I simple do not have it together tonight. Sleep is a must for another 5 hour drive home tomorrow. But I am so ready. I think I need a hug...

P.s. This picture obviously was from yesterdays shoot, but they were too cute to only share one. Plus, I didn't have time to take one today. And, I'm not going to stress about it.. :)

The Little Princess

This day couldn't have been better or more full for that matter. In the middle of it all, we found time for a photoshoot with this little princess. As you can see, I was very motivated to incorporate the fall leaves all around us up here.
My time is closing in now and I'll be going back down to Rachel's tomorrow and I'm quite saddened. I've enjoyed it so much up here. But I'm excited to go home as well.
